Common issues and how to resolve them.

License Issues

License validation failed

Solution: Verify your Shopify store domain matches the domain registered with your license. Check for typos or www/non-www differences.

Watermark appears on site

Solution: This indicates an invalid license. Ensure your license is active and the domain is correct. Contact support if the issue persists.

Theme Installation

Can't upload theme ZIP

Solution: Ensure you're uploading the ZIP file directly without unzipping it first. Try a different browser if the issue continues.

Theme looks broken after install

Solution: Clear your browser cache and hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). Check that all theme files uploaded correctly.

AI Tools

Image processing failed

Solution: Ensure your image is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP) and under 10MB. Try a different image or contact support.

Not enough credits

Solution: Purchase a subscription plan or upgrade your current plan to get more monthly credits.

Account & Billing

Can't log in

Solution: Use the "Forgot Password" link to reset your password. Ensure you're using the correct email address.

Payment declined

Solution: Check with your bank or try a different payment method. Ensure your billing information is correct.
